Federal Way, WA – A driver was arrested after a wrong-way crash involving four vehicles on the Interstate 5 off-ramp near South 272nd Street on Friday night. The accident occurred just before 10 p.m., according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).
Several people were injured in the crash, and one vehicle, a truck, rolled over, ending up upside down on the roadside. Photos from the scene show the extent of the damage.
WSP Trooper Rick Johnson confirmed that the driver responsible was heading the wrong way before the crash. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of vehicular assault due to impairment and the injuries caused.
